And while this sounds like a good idea, I know that those of us who consider ourselves spiritual, intuitive and empathic what a process that engages the feeling sense not just your logical brain.

But I know that real life is always calling and for most of us the end of the year is busy as hell with the holidays, wrapping up projects and trying to finish things that will expire.
So… how do you clear our minds and tune into what we actually want for the year ahead?
Since I decided to transition out of leadership and started working for myself again, I’ve relied on two tools that have been pivotal for getting into the flow of a great year. Those tools are Astrology and The Desire Map, because they both help me to get free, clear and oriented to the emotions and practical tools I need to make an annual plan.
In the past 5 years, I’ve begun doing my yearly planning in November and December, trying to take advantage of some of the quiet moments of calm that occur during in between the holidays and New Year.
What I discovered is that I’ve got just enough weeks left of the year to work through my process and create the framework I need to hit the ground running in January (Kind of like starting the year off with a Staples “EASY” button on January 1, that’s the vibe). I end up with a flexible plan that I can reference time and time again to make any adjustments or refocus if I get off track.
This plan is informed by all the left & right brain tools I have at my disposal and get to use astrology in one of the many ways it was intended - as a roadmap of dates and energy signatures that take my intentions, desires, goals and plans to ANOTHER LEVEL!
This process make me swoon as a I professional astrologer and Desire Map Facilitator. I’ve experienced so much more ease and grace from my yearly end-of-year planning ritual, that I decided to marry my two power tools into one workshop to share my unique process with other women in a self-paced online workshop.
